2025 Member Dues

Our 2025 dues rates are as follows:

• $50 for a family household

• $25 for an adult-only household

Our reduced rate dues option for those adults that may have fallen out of touch with the association or that do not have children at home, but would like to stay engaged with our community.  If you are in this category and would still like to participate, we’d love to have you as a member of this great association.  Our event lineup strikes a balance between many wonderful family-friendly and adult-only events.  There really is something for everyone at every stage of life in Manasquan Park.

This non-profit organization is run by volunteers who are extremely giving of their time and resources. Annual dues are only $50/$25 and include many incredible events and countless memories for you and your family. These great activities will not be possible without your dues payments so please do your part and make your 2025 dues payments now!

Step 1:  Make Your Payment

We have several convenient payment options including Venmo and PayPal, making it easier than ever to stay active! The deadline for 2025 dues payments is April 1, 2025.

Step 2:  Fill out the 2025 MPPOA Membership Form.

Please complete the form linked above, as it is crucial for member communications.   Once you make your payment and submit the form, we will put you on our exclusive e-mail distribution list* wherein we will communicate additional details about all upcoming events and happenings in our neighborhood. Additionally, you will have access to the association’s private Facebook group* and you can also opt-in to receive text messages, so you never miss an event.  Please sign up for text communications when filling out your 2025 dues form!

We would really like to keep our coveted, tight-knit community association and activities in Manasquan Park local and exclusive to its paid members in 2025. Maintaining communications on our private Facebook page, e-mail list, and text message platform will help with this.

*Current members will remain on the e-mail distribution list and in the private Facebook group until the dues deadline.  If we have not received your payment by April 1, you will be removed from the e-mail list, text list, and Facebook group.
